Marketing:

 

Associate Brand Manager:  Must have 4 to 5 years of brand management experience to work for this major international wine company at their North American headquarters in Napa, California.  Will be responsible for marketing a leading brand in their prestigious portfolio.  Industry experience is a plus, as is an MBA.  Compensation:  $70,000 to $80,000 base salary 10% bonus.

 

Sales:

 

Major international wine company has multiple sales openings in the United States.

 

Retail Chains Accounts Manager - Northern California:  Responsible for chain headquarter calls for accounts located in Northern California.  Examples are Safeway and Albertson's.  Industry experience is preferred.  Compensation:  $80,000 to $95,000 base salary  $35,000 bonus  car.

 

State Manager - MA:  Manage 2 Accounts Managers based in metro Boston.  Responsible for managing multiple distributors and all channels.  Compensation:  $85,000 to $95,000 base salary $22,500 bonus company car.

 

State Manager - WI:  Responsible for managing 4 distributors throughout the state of Wisconson.  Compensation:  $75,000 to $85,000 base salary $22,500 bonus company car

 

Area Manager - NYC:  Responsible for managing 2 Accounts Managers, also assisting on accounts calls in all channels.  Also responsible for managing the distributor network.  Compensation:  $75,000 to $85,000 base salary $22,500 bonus company car..

 

Accounts Managers in multiple markets:  Compensation:  $60,000 to $75,000 base salary  $20,000 bonus   car.

 

Boston:  On Premise Manager.  Responsible for working with distributor sales force calling on hotel and restaurant accounts.

 

Chicago:  On Premise Manager.  Responsible for working with distributor sales force calling on hotel and restaurant accounts.

 

Albany-Syracuse, New York:  Managing distributors, responsible for both on and off premise accounts.

 

2 - Manhattan, New York:  Managing distributors, responsible for both on and off premise accounts.

 

Human Resources:

 

Sr. Human Resources Consultant:  Responsible for all aspects of human resources management, with an emphasis on sales recruitment.  Industry experience is a plus.  Must have a 4 year degree in Human Resources Management or related field.  Minumum 2 to 5 years experience.  Compensation:  $75,000 base salary 15% bonus.
